”Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely...

”We happened to come to this place on the way from Vichy to Lyon; it’s not far from either. The castle is extremely beautiful. It has a big park with a little pond and a summerhouse, and a pool. Location is peaceful and not far from a little village. All the furniture and decorations are stylish and fit perfectly in the old castle.
