The open-concept living area with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and balcony is located on one floor, along with a bedroom (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with natural light. Another open-concept bedroom (bed size 1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a built-in closet is accessible via a staircase within the apartment. The open, maisonette-style layout creates a pleasant sense of space that you’ll feel the moment you step into the apartment.
