Upeat auringonlaskut ja tasokas, luonnollinen järvenranta ovat vain joitain The Viewin ominaisuuksia Lodi Pointissa. Tämä viehättävä järvimökki sijaitsee Seneca-järven viinipolun sydämessä ja lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Ithacaan, Watkins Gleniin ja Geneveen. Siellä on paljon tarjottavaa kaikille riippumatta siitä, suunnitteletko romanttista viikonloppua, perhelomaa tai kokoontumista ystäviä.

Pysäköintialue johtaa sivioven sisäänkäynnille, joka avautuu avoimeen olohuoneeseen ja ruokasaliin. Järvelle avautuvat valtavat ikkunat tarjoavat ilmiömäisen kuvan. Vasemmalla on tilava keittiö, jossa kauniit, upouudet kvartsitiskit. Istu saaren baarialueella ja vieraile ryhmän kokin kanssa, kun he vetoketjuttavat hyvin varustetun keittiön läpi.

Aivan keittiön vieressä on täydellinen kylpyhuone, jossa on stand-up-suihku, sekä pesutupa. Keittiön oikeassa reunassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, jotka ovat ihanteellisia lapsille ja liikuntarajoitteisille.

Juuri yläkerrassa on tilava king-makuuhuone, josta on upea järvinäköala suurten ikkunoiden kautta. Voit todella tuntea täällä järvenrannan ilmapiirin! Ylimääräisessä makuuhuoneessa toisessa kerroksessa on queen-vuode ja vaatekaappi sekä miellyttävä näkymä järvelle pohjoispuolella. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on pääsy aulaan täysin varustettuun kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Tasainen järviranta, jota tämä kaunis on vaikea löytää Seneca-järveltä! Yli 50 jalkaa luonnollista kahlaa rannalla odottaa sinua, suuri pysyvä telakka ja jopa kolme kajakkia vieraiden nautintoa varten. Iltaisin voit kokoontua vapaasti takan päälle ja nauttia rauhallisesta illasta tähdet keskuudessa kuuntelemalla aaltoja kevyesti rantaviivaa.

Näkymä Lodi Pointissa sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä monia alueen nähtävyyksiä - Wagnerin viinitila on vain 1 1/2 mailia kadulla ja älä unohda pysähtyä panimoiden ja tislaamon vieressä myös viinimatkanne aikana! Hienoa ruokailua voi nauttia alueen monissa ravintoloissa ja pubeissa, ja suuri Wegmans-supermarket Genevessä tarjoaa erinomaisen valikoiman päivittäistavaroita ja tarvikkeita.

** Kaivovesi on usein kovaa vettä, ja vaikka se on turvallista juomiseen, siinä on yleensä enemmän rautaa ja ruostetta, mikä tekee vaatteiden pesusta vaikeampaa.

Wonderful friends weekend

Property is right on the water with ample outdoor seating which we loved. The house was clean. great temperature control in each bedroom. The open floor plan was so nice for our group of friends to socialize. House was conveniently located near wineries and breweries.

Cousin Weekend Getaway

We stayed in October 2024 for a long weekend. This home was neat and clean. Had everything we needed. Beautiful waterfront home with stunning views. We appreciated the ample supply of paper goods which allowed us to skip a last minute stop on our first day. Beds were comfortable, fire pit made for a cozy evening under the stars. Close to Watkins Glen State Park and many things to do. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Property on the Lake

We loved our stay! First time visitors of Seneca Lake. So much to do and see. Very convenient to all areas. Minor suggestion first floor AC unit does not really reach the bedroom well. But we would love to return to this same spot we had a great time! Thank you.

Lovely Stay

We went on a girls weekend, and it was perfect. This neighborhood was SO QUIET and peaceful. We loved using the kayaks, and the Adirondack chairs were in great condition. It rained, but the view was so beautiful it didn't matter when we were stuck inside. We are already planning on coming back again!

Girls’ Getaway

The property fit our needs wonderfully because it had room for everyone and the living room was great for social time with my friends. The agency did an amazing job keeping me informed throughout the entire process and stay. There are only two things of concern. The upstairs bathroom was not properly cleaned because there was vomit left on the side of the toilet. The second issue is the staircase because it is one notch up from a ladder. The stairs are very narrow, some are loose, and the exposed side makes it very dangerous.

Bachelorette Get Away

We rented for a small group of us girls (mostly in our early 30's) to get away, have some relaxation time by/on the water, and go to a couple wineries to celebrate our friend getting married! It was a beautiful, quaint house right on the water with a beautiful set up outside for a campfire! Several of the girls commented that they were going to save the property for possible future visits, we had a fantastic time!

4 adults over 60 - stairs to 2nd floor are dangerous for they do not have standard risers. - beautiful living room windows facing the lake but the middle picture window (upper level) has a bad seal so their is moisture building up and spoils the view. NOT the owners fault but FLPP - check-in instructions gave us a 10 digit code but upon arrival found it had (past Wednesday as it turns out)been changed to a lock-box with a four digit code - had to call to get the right code. you had plenty of tie to tell us in advance.

Beautiful lakefront but somewhat understocked

The property itself was beautiful and right on the lakefront with a gorgeous view and a wonderful dock. However, the house was lacking in some necessities (did not have shampoo, lotion, any cooking oil or sugar, dish soap, sponges, etc).

Great weekend!!

This was a great house! The views of the lake were gorgeous. The house was super clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The area was super quite and relaxing. The living space was perfect for 8 guests. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

The house is bright and clean. They have gone out of their way to ensure the little buggers stay away and outside. There is also a water sanitizing and softening system. Nice for lake water. All appliances worked great except Ice Maker. Kitchenis nicely equipped. It is great to have 2 open lots on either side of you. We did not feel tight or closed in. Lots of chairs for outside. The kayaks are a welcome ammenity. Great set up inside for games and conversation. Walking around the area was peaceful and pleasant. Camp wood available cheaply just about anywhere around Seneca lake. Our group stayed two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the flat location and spectacular views. We even used the abandoned boat lift structure for hammocks and shade. We would definitely return. Best check in and out ever. No hassle at all.

Great little house for a low key family vacation. We loved using the kayaks. Cleanliness and leftover trash/recycle removal was an issue voiced to FLPP from day one and no one responded/the issue wasn’t addressed until day 4.

Beautiful view!!

Beautiful view, central location, really nice house. Really wish there was a conditioner on the water system as we couldn’t use it. But we brought water to drink and cook with. Made us itchy when showered in it. That’s the only complaint. Everything else was wonderful!!!!
