”This was our second time back to this cozy cottage! It was once again one of our favorite little getaways out in the mountains! Clean, comfy, cozy, and the most amazing views! We enjoyed using the hot tub to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The location is perfect, easy to get to Steamboat for a day trip, hikes all around, close to Granby, Fraser, and Winter Park. Dale is so kind and great with communication. We will be back again someday!”

”We came up for a guided fishing trip on Williams Fork Reservoir and this house was only a 9 minute drive to the boat ramp! The house was comfortable and clean with cute mountain decor. We ate at the Parshall Inn and took the 5 mile drive to Hot Sulphur Springs and ate at Deans Public House. We fell in love with Parshall on this trip and will rent this house on our next trip.”

”Loved our 5 week stay at the cabin. Epic views of the frozen lake. Nice and cozy when we wanted to stay in, but close enough to all the ski hills and town for when we wanted to get out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Autumn was very communicative and helpful.”

”We rented this property for a family ski trip. We needed a place that allowed dogs, had lots of rom and was affordable. This home hit the mark on all of our needs and had the bonus of being outside the normal noisy, crowded ski area traffic. If you are up for an extra 15 minute drive to summit county ski areas, this place is a great choice. It's roomy, comfortable and close to some really nice hikes. We'd certainly stay here again.”
