Hiljattain remontoitu rantahotelli! Ei ole koskaan vuokrattu ennen. Nyt otat varauksia kesälle. Tulet rakastamaan tätä täydellistä Bear Lake lomapaikkaa. Sijaitsee yksityisellä rannalla (jaettu vain 6: n omistajan kanssa), voit kokea uskomattomat näkymät tästä tilavasta 2200 neliön jalkaisen ylellisestä rivitalosta. Perheelle ja ystävillesi on runsaasti tilaa tässä rantakadulla. Perheiden keräilyalueeseen kuuluu perhehuone, jossa on 2 nahkasohvaa, 58 tuuman Samsung HD-televisio. Päivitetty gourmet-keittiö sisältää sileän yläpinnan, joka on rakennettu uuniin ja mikroaaltouuniin, astianpesukoneeseen, graniitti-saarelle ja istumapaikalle 16 hengelle. Se on täynnä kaikkea mitä tarvitset, kuten astiat ja hopeaesineet 16: lle, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, griddle, mikseri, tehosekoitin, ruukut, pannut ja paljon muuta.

Best place for a friends and family get away! We loved that the back yard and dock gave beautiful views as well as easy access to all the water fun! The house is perfect for larger groups, we had 12 people, with multiple sleeping arrangements. The house, bathrooms and kitchen were all well stocked and it made our vacation wonderful! Our one regret? We should’ve booked one more day to enjoy this amazing property!

Great place for grandparents with grandchildren

Love the yard, play set, easy beach access and townhome. With eight grandchildren between the ages of 18 months to nine they were never bored. The townhome is nice and yet at the same time made for families to feel comfortable and not stressed out about the kids being there. We’ve gone two years in a row now and hope to go back next year again.

We really enjoyed this property. Our paddleboarders and kayakers loved being on the water and having a dock. It was a nice walk to the grocery store and the famous raspberry shakes. My Texas grandson said he would rank it as 6 or more stars. There are a lot of stairs but my 92 year old mother did okay with the stairs on the lake side.

One of the best accommodations in the area! Well stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets for comfort. Good sized grassy area and so nice to have a private beach and avoid the crowds! Definitely will stay again!

Peaceful, crystal clear water, and skies full of stars, we couldn't ask for a better family vacation. The host, Craig, was quick to respond, and we enjoyed the amenities. The townhouse sits on a huge green lawn a long dock out into the water. We enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks. The beds are comfortable and can easily sleep 14 people with three bathrooms, one on each level. Spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. No complaints. Everything was wonderful. We would love to stay here again someday. Thank you!

Perfect location!

We loved staying here! Only two issues: It needs a deep clean and the stairs are steep. Other than that, it was ideal. You are near everything, but you don't hear traffic. The kitchen had every appliance and tool we needed. The beds are comfortable. The owners responded to questions quickly. We had a BLAST!

Amazing Lakefront Getaway - Perfect for Families!

We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible lakefront property. The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the water with easy access to the lake. The proximity made it super convenient for our family to enjoy all the water activities without any hassle. The dock was a highlight, offering plenty of room for the kids to fish, swim, and play. It was a central hub for our daily adventures, and we loved how easy it was to get in and out of the water. The views were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for family use, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. If you're looking for a family-friendly retreat with unbeatable lake access and breathtaking views, this is the place for you! We can't wait to return.

First Bear Lake visit

We had 6 adults and a 2 year old. The house is lovely. The description online is perfectly written. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room. The semi-private beach was amazing. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. We brought a canoe and went fishing in deeper water as well. We brought all the food needed for the 3 days. The kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc. They have a fun play area for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. It was the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever been on in recent memory.

Very nice place

Had a wonderful stay. The view is so beautiful. It fit our family needs just right. Thought the stairs might be an issue but really not bad at all. If you could work on the weather forecast- we’d give 10 stars. LOL.

Lake Stay

The 90' pier was appreciated. Shallows are rocky, not sandy or muddy. Much of the nearby shore is muddy. I have made a reservation for next year at this property. I did not like the metal bunk that I slept in. Every wiggle by granddaughter in the top bunk was transmitted down to me.

Perfect location!

This was our third time staying here, and we just love it! It feels like our home away from home. The location is perfect- we walked to crepes and coffee for breakfast and the grocery store and restaurants are super close as well. The yard is very large and there is a play structure for the kids. The dock was so much fun as well, and there are kayaks and paddle boards to use in the garage. Definitely a bear lake gem!

This was such a great property; we love being right on the lake. We are already planning for next year. The only thing that could make it better is taking care of the weeds between the lawn and the beach. Other than that, it was Perfect.

Bear Lake Visit

The property and location can't be beat. The unit is clean and the proximity to the lake is what sold us on this rental. The owner is also very responsive.This is the reason for my 5 stars. That said, if you are looking for privacy, keep looking. The 2 adjoining units were full (one of them had more than the rental probably allows) and there were at least 10 children under the age of 8 that were loud and screaming throughout the week. The neighboring deck and grill is literally inches away from the patio furniture. Very close quarters. We struggled to claim yard space in the shared area. The other groups were setting up big canopy tents and left us no room. Hard to enjoy the beach or the dock with so many people. We love Bear Lake but will definitely choose something a bit more private for our next visit.
