”The property was well-kept and enjoyable”

”Everything was great. The only criticism is we were charged $5 as an “amenities” fee. When I asked what that was the receptionist say the IHG group has recently started charging this; that amenities included sheets, towels and soaps. I complain, not only because since when can towels and sheets at a hotel be “amenities” but also it was a surprise extra charge.”

”Clean, comfortable. Good for a quick overnight stay with a good TV and A/C.”

”I have travelled throughout the US and this inn was the BEST I have encountered. The breakfasts were spectacular - cream cheese, apple brioche French toast was one of my favorites! The rooms and gardens also amazing but the real difference was the hospitality given by Leslie! You will not find a better place and you will be longing to go back when you leave!!”

”The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Some of the nicest people. The room was clean and comfortable. For us, the location was ideal, about 1.5 miles from the center of Wabash and an easy drive in every direction you wanted to go to.”

”The pool is shut down permemantly now, and the ice machine on the 4th floor is broken. Wouldn't recommend staying while they have parties with people not staying in the hotel. But the beds were very clean & no bugs. The young lady at the desk on Saturday was very helpful when I left my energy drink in the room after we left.”

”The beds were stained up. The walls had stuff smeared on them from past visitors. I was put in a room and the fridge had old food in it and the sheets were stained yellow and brown. So they put me in another room and it had dirty plastic silverware in the bed from a previous stay. And the shower floor was covered in what looked like mud or poop. Needless to say I did not stay and found another hotel.”

”Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one...

”Poor service, poor maintenance and poor cleanliness”

”For the price, it's well rounded and the breakfast is good! First place I've been served gravy and biscuits. The fridge in the room was not full size, but large! Microwave in the room! Staff was nice and put me by an end door for the doggo to go potty. I need to check out the pool next time!”

”The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....

”Expedia needs to update their pictures! We booked two rooms for us and our 4 young children specifically based on the pictures of the pool and the hot tub (which has been removed). The hotel is aware of the online mis-advertising but could not take responsibility. The amenities were fine, breakfast was pretty limited but good, the staff was friendly and helpful.”
