Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from the all the noise and busyness of life, this is the place for you.

There's a creek directly behind this guesthouse that your children will love to cool off at and run free. You can also walk across the bridge (at your own risk) that's behind the guesthouse & walk to the right for hiking. And with another hiking trail only being 7 minutes away you are at the perfect place to unplug and explore.


THE SPACE:
A full set of stairs will lead you to the open floor plan Apt. You have easy access to both Bedrooms and Full Bath from the Living Room. It is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a simple meal and a living room where you can kick up your feet and relax after a long day of exploring.

**ATTENTION: We are working on getting Wi-Fi and a TV but currently we do not offer those two amenities.

GUEST ACCESS:
You have access to the entire property, except for inside the two other buildings. These buildings have some of the owners' personal belongings for when they visit. Please be respectful of their property.

This is a vacation home, so no one lives in the home. This means you have access to the grassy spot in front of the home, swing set (Swing at your own risk), patio area, table, and chairs, firepit, etc.
And when the owners come to spend time on the property, we typically will block it off the calendar so that neither party is having to share the outdoors.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
