”I loved this place!!! The dock has such a breath taking view. I personally enjoy that it’s close to the airport, I like seeing the planes so up close. The villa feels like home, very cozy. Super aesthetic, great for taking pictures. And the area is nice, walkable and has authentic real Puerto Rican restaurants near by. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay and were so sad when it was over!! The women who run it are so sweet and helpful. Plus, if you walk a bit on the road, you encounter the BEST AUTHENTIC food in San Juan!! The views are amazing. You can’t really get in the water, but if you walk towards your left on the board walk there’s a little portion of the beach ocean that is like a pool! So warm, so peaceful! It’s pretty loud from the top floor since planes are taking off all the time!!! You get used to it...

It is about a mile walk to a beautiful private beach. Be careful not to leave any cookies out or it will attract insects. Overall had an amazing time! ”

”The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. Our unit, however, was clean but VERY disappointing. It was not maintained well and many things were broken (the lock on the sliding doors, locks on the windows, THE TV!!!) Appliances were beeping like crazy. We called the unit...
