”We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne ”

”We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. ”Die Unterkunft wäre für unseren zweck ausreichend gewesen. Aber leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Rollläden nicht funktionierten und die sauberkeit nur am Boden festzustellen war. An der Decke im Bad und im Schlafbereich waren leider lauter Spinnweben. Davon waren wir weniger begeistert. De Eingangsbereich zum Gebeude lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Auch in Sachen Sicherheit.”
