"This was a wonderful stay at Vito's apartment. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift! "Villa was perfect for us (family of 5, 3 teenage boys). Good facilities and 15 mins walk from beach/shops. Giorgio is a fantastic host, very welcoming and really helped us have a great holiday. It's a nice resort with shops and restaurants."

"We liked the proximity of the appartement to the sea, to the center and to the supermarket. On the other side, the appartement is very poor equipped. The kitchen has minimum tools to cook, with nothing for cleaning ( dish liquid, sponge, towels), no dish washer… there is no AC in The flat, no fan ( mobile fan was provided by the owner during our stay) the second room is not a proper room, it is more like a corridor to the balcony, équiped with dual beds… very difficult for people to sleep...

"The pool and view from the property are exactly as the photos, out of this world, we had a great time staying here. We also loved the location, a nice quiet area, but a short drive (5 mins) to fantastic beaches, and you can also walk (20mins) to a fab restaurent near the beach which is a real bonus. A great location for exporing beaches, but also the mountains nearby. The property itself is spacious and has everything you need. No AC - so fans are needed, but we managed okay."

"Für uns (Wanderurlaub) war die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen. Das Apartment war Top ausgestattet und Domenica hegt und pflegt eine hoch professionelle Gastgeberschaft. Strand, Restaurants und auch die Eisdiele 😉 sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Apartment. Sehr gute Empfehlung für Unternehmungen. "The apartment is near the port of Cala Gonone and is perfect to get to all of the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Lovely and spacious apartment with very useful bits and pieces like the umbrella which we used on beach days, Tupperware which we used for pack ups, a cool box with cool packs and shopping bags. "Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"Just as expected - very clean, plenty of room, nice terrace, private driveway and BBQ facilities. It's on the outskirts of Orosei, but we walked into the old town a few nights. It was convenient for supermarkets & other day trips, and easy enough to drive down to the beach and park. One of our favourite beaches to take a dip and cool off was actually the big long beach at Orosei - surprisingly quiet and empty of people!"

"We stayed here for 9 days and absolutely loved the accommodation. Giorgio is an excellent host - warm, friendly and always helpful. Meeting him really enhanced our experience of Sardinia. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay and is located on the edge of a beautiful forest area, with walking trails right from the gate. The terrace garden is so peaceful, providing a lovely space to enjoy morning coffees or al fresco dinners. We would absolutely stay again."

"This was a very nice property located on the waterfront. Exceptional value. Off-season so very little open in the area. I may have been the only guest in the hotel that night. This would be a great location in summer for regional water activities. The Festival of Sant' Antonio happened to be starting the same day I was there.
