”The accommodations were excellent. We appreciated Dorothy’s efforts to help us have a comfortable stay. There was some slight difficulty with communication regarding the airport shuttle so it’s important to turn your phone on right when you land. Also, the front desk is staffed by the apartment complex and communication with hotel staff is done on WhatsApp. When breakfast is included in the stay it’s brought to your room”

”I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb.”
