”The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction.”

”I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!”

”Our family was quite comfortable in this Modern Denver Getaway. Our main reason for our trip to Colorado was to see a concert at Red Rocks. Eric Church did not disappoint, and neither did this house! It is in close proximity to the amphitheatre - only about a 20 minute drive. While in Denver, we also ventured to the towns of Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs and Boulder. It was so nice to return to the house every evening for a good night of rest in comfortable beds and a clean space. My husband...

”Julia is awesome! Her house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! Our boys, 7 and 2, enjoyed the front and back yard spaces. We loved that both areas were fenced in. Both spaces are well manicured and the grass is so soft. Really great spaces to enjoy coffee or a meal any time of the day. There is also a driveway to park a vehicle which is always nice. Overall a wonderful place with a fantastic host! ”

The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own areas without ever feeling crowded, and there were plenty of bathrooms so getting ready was seamless for the whole group. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and the home was stocked with thoughtful amenities and extras that made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for any gathering or getaway!”
