”SĂ©jour du 10 au 17 Aout 2024 Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© cette villa de plein pied, totalement conforme aux photos. Confort optimal et propretĂ© sont au rendez-vous. Rien ne manque, tout est prevu. Nous avons eu un accueil trĂšs chaleureux de Patrick et de son Ă©pouse, avec en prime, un trĂšs beau panier garni de fruits et de lĂ©gumes bien frais. A noter Ă©galement , leur grande disponibilitĂ©. Je recomande vivement ! Marlyse et JJ”

”Nous avons passĂ© une superbe semaine dans cette maison trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il y a de l'espace, tout le confort et mĂȘme plus... La situation de la maison est idĂ©ale pour des promenades ou des visites. L'accueil avec des spĂ©cialitĂ©s est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Merci Ă  Jean Bernard qui nous a trĂšs gentiment accueilli. Nous conseillons cette location ; c'Ă©tait d'ailleurs la deuxiĂšme fois que nous y allions. Et qui sait, on dit jamais deux sans trois. ”

”Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse (nous Ă©tions 9), confortable, calme et propre. La terrasse et piscine sont trĂšs agrĂ©able aussi et l’accueil chaleureux. Le village de St Martin est magnifique et trĂšs bien situĂ©. Il y a aussi un excellent restaurant Ă  deux pas que nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ©. Nous reviendrons ! ”

”The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms....

”We stayed at Cedric's property for three weeks, with friends coming to visit during that period. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms are large and cool during the night which was important for us - we prefer to sleep cold. Cedric was really helpful and suggested great local markets and restaurants.
