”Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

”Great stay as we had been there before. Internet was spotty and had issues getting into the link to pay for parking. They have upgraded the walkways to the beach and was nice. Condo is comfortable and could use some updates but you’re there for the beach. It is nice to have a washer and dryer in the units. ”

”Eventide was perfect for our family of 19! Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. ”Our stay was great. I only had one bad experience there ,I am disabled and there was a van ,parked in a handicap spot,so I moved to another handicap spot and a lady told me I had to move because she a van and I had a car,but I told by property security that I had to moved and my handicap decals was on display and current so why was I made to move for someone else. I have had 5 back operations and a knee replacement. That’s my only complaint.Thanks ”
