”Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

”Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. ”

”We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. ”Dates were actually Sun. July 6 to Fri. July 11. This cabin was true to the listing, owners are awesome! This place is beautiful, and super relaxing! This cabin has everything you need, and then some! The owners really put a lot of thought into extras that make the stay extra special!”

”A wonderful getaway with so many opportunities to lounge, explore, enjoy water sports, and be transported to whimsical, magical worlds. ”

”We LOVE staying at the Pea Pod. It's proximity to the lake and to the Wisp mountain is ideal. The managers include lots of little amenities to make your stay more enjoyable and easy. We especially like that it's CLEAN. Thank you for allowing us to stay there year after year every summer!”

”Cabin was lovely in a secluded spot. Close to Cacapon park hiking, horseback riding, and shotgun shooting. Also Morgan County Observatory was close. Of course Berkley Speings was nice too! Rounded out each day in the hot tub!”

Fresh air, a quiet property, and a natural setting in which I could take short strolls. Spotting wildlife, especially the local birds, in their natural habit would definitely be a plus! Anything to get my writing...

”The perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Quiet, relaxing and a great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, stretching out in the hammocks, and the nature around us. We have seen hawks, deer, even turtles running around. Everything that you need in a cabin. Close to town and all the area attractions. Host was great to work with and very communicative all the way through. Will definitely return in the future. ”

”We loved our stay at the Red Cottage. The first thing I noticed walking in was the cleanliness of the house. The place was absolutely immaculate. We enjoyed many of the amenities available, such as the fire pit and hot tub. There were so many kitchen utensils and accessories available we didn’t need to bring a thing. My only complaint and it was nothing to do with the house so I hate to have to mention it, was the road in front. It is very hard to cross due to high amount of traffic, speed limit...
