”Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen...

”The location was breathtaking and very conveniently located to downtown. The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Just know if you book during the summer months that this cabin does not have a/c. We happened to be there during an unusually hot weekend and it was tough to get comfortable the first night. The host did bring us a cooler fan and that did help quite a bit.Overall we loved our stay and would book here again. ”

”We had such a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and then some. The views were of the San Juan River while hanging out in the hot tub were fabulous. The house is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood off of the main highway - so no noise. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My only issue, which wasn't a big one, was that the doors to the master bath are barn doors that don't lock but that wasn't big at all. Loved loved this place and would...
