I was a bit reluctant to book based on other reviews mentioning issues with their check in code, but I was so pleased with the check in process because there were no lines, or papers to sign, or elevators to fight with. I called the customer service number the day prior to check in to be sure things were going to go as expected and received a very friendly and professional answer on the first ring. ”Had our parents stay with us as well as our son that goes to WT. Had our 3 dogs as well that enjoyed the backyard. Unfortunately our 4th dog had to stay at home because only 3 dogs are allowed. But nonetheless it was a great stay.”
