”We loved our stay in this spacious house on the water. I drank my coffee on the patio every morning and relaxed with the sounds of nature and watching the boats go by. It's in a great neighborhood with a tiny swamp along the way. Michelle was a helpful, welcoming and responsive host. The kids loved having their own bedrooms and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. I hope to be back soon.”

”If you are looking for a central place to stay so you can visit the surrounding areas, i.e. New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, then this is the spot. A updated cottage with 1 bedroom, kitchen, diningroom, a huge bathroom with washer & dryer. You have your own separate driveway from the host's main house. The shared covered patio beautifully lit at night was a excellent place for grilling. There is a private hot tub located in the back overlooking the bayou. Lots of great food around. ...

”Stayed here for the music festival, with friends from out of state who actually own/operate VRBO property. Good location. 15min Uber drive from Lamar Dixon. Cleaning issues previously stated in other reviews NOT an issue. 4.5 for check in because all the check in details (passcode and wifi info) were different than received by app communications, but Rosevelt was very quick to reply and remedied immediately.
