”I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. ”We booked very last minute and arrived within an hour of booking. This is a new complex with building work taking place near the pool area which doesn’t impact your stay. The apartment was clean, high luxury and very quiet. The staff are professional, attentive and even checked we were ok after one of Bali worst floods. I would 100% recommend and stay here again if we decide to return to Uluwatu ”

”Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...

”This was my fourth stay, possibly more, i keep coming back as it is safe, clean, very good value for money, staff are super friendly, the villas are perfect for my needs, private, own pool, very clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool is attended to daily. Everything is just perfect. Location is excellent, strip of restaurants, bars and shops nearby but not so close that you can hear them. ”

”It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. Trotz offener Baumweise gab es keine kleinen Kriechtieren und fast keine Mücken. Die Zimmer wurden 2 mal am Tag gemacht und auch für einen Moskitofreien Schlaf...

"Room was nice. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Pool was nice. Gym wasn't a gym, it was a storage of broken equipment. Clearly the machines are not maintained at all. It was one of my main reasons for this accomodation choice, and it was a total lie. It added significantly to the costs of accomodation, having to work out at near by commercial gym. You can't really tell you have a gym, if every machine is broken!"

"Room smelled like mould. Balcony was totally empty. Not even table or seats. Breakfast was ok. Delicious fruits and good coffee. No turkey or decent ham. Omelette was tasty. Gym was minimalist. 2 treadmills. Heaviest dumbbels 20kg. Friendly service and hotel was pretty clean. Decent experience. "

"Tämä hotelli on joskus ollut loistava ja uima-allasalue on edelleen upea. Muuten tarvitsee kipeästi remonttia. Ekana päivänä naapurin jätevedet tulvi lavuaarista meidän kylpyhuoneeseen ja myös altaan pohjasta suihkusi vettä lattialle. Uskoivat ongelman vasta, kun näytimme heille tulvivasta kylpyhuoneesta videon. Huoneen ovi oli niin turvonnut, että se oli hankala saada kiinni. Yöllä puhelin soi klo 3.30 ja uudestaan klo 4.43. Kun kysyimme aamulla, miksi puhelimemme soi keskellä yötä, lupasivat selvittää, mutta eivät koskaan palanneet asiaan, joten varmuuden vuoksi irrotimme puhelimen seinästä. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja lentokenttäkuljetus mahtava juttu maahan saapuessa! 27h matkustamisen jälkeen todella arvostaa, että joku on sinua vastassa. Aamupala on hyvä. Sänky natisi niin paljon, että aina heräsi, kun toinen käänsi kylkeä. Ei todellakaan ole 5 tähden hotelli, pikemminkin 3 tähteä, maksimissaan 4 tähteä. Remontoimalla tämän hotellin saisi upeaan loistoon! Sijainti on todella hyvä ja kävelymatkan päässä on paljon ravintoloita ja Kutan ranta. Kuntosali on kompakti, mutta toimiva. Complimentaryhieronta on ihana!"
