”Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

”Vastaanotto oli erinomainen. Henkilökunta palvelevaa, iloista, avuliasta ja ottivat huomioon yksityisyyden. Ei häiritsevää meteliä huoneessa. Vuode oli tosi hyvä. Oma uima-allas parasta; eikä se lisännyt matkan hintaa paljon. Rantaan hotelilla oma ilmainen kuljetus 2 kertaa päivässä. ”

”Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby.”

”The apartments are beautiful and in an excellent location. Close to the beach and an amazing array of places to eat and drink, I couldn’t recommend the location highly enough. The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. I was disappointed that Expedia did not mention this at the time of booking, as it was very noisy and did impact sitting by the pool. There are also no laundry...

”The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. ”

”The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked...
