”our family traveled to Kansas for a funeral. The hosts reached out in concern when we hadn’t checked in as we were driving thru the night to get there. They even extended our check-out time, understanding of the situation. It was so very kind of them. The property is just as the listing depicts. It was very clean and cozy. ”This lodge was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting the Coldwater/Protection area. The hosts were very welcoming, and I enjoyed getting to meet one of them. The lodge was cozy, and we enjoyed making dinner there and sitting around the table. Not having a TV was surprisingly refreshing :) and it gave us wonderful time to visit and play games! Our family enjoyed exploring outside too, and we saw a few different critters too. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back!”

”The OZ house was so much fun! Every room was decorated so beautifully to match each character of OZ. The house was a hit with all our family, those that lived in Alva, and those that lived in Kansas, New Mexico and Texas. It was perfect for an impromptu family gathering of 20. It became the house all family stopped at on the way to the various events. We highly recommend staying there! We will for sure be back when we visit our family.”
