”Stayed one night after hiking Pedernales Falls. Good proximity to P. Falls and Johnson City. Property clean, patio/view and hot tub wonderful. Fire damage to surrounding landscape non issue… still beautiful. Would happily return with larger group - spacious & modern. Would be cautious with very little kids on edge of patio as it drops off a few feet to ground level. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. Pool is completely fenced for safety. Overall great & highly recommend.”

”We really enjoyed our short stay in Johnson City. This sweet house was perfect for us. It was an easy walk to lots of locations- a local coffee shop, a local breakfast place and a local craft brewery. It was an easy drive to the tasting rooms and local wineries on 290 and to the Lyndon B. Johnson historical sites. This house sits in a terrific location. We made good use of the backyard and the barbecue grill, and the kitchen was appointed with everything we needed and then some. The house was...

The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. ”
