”What a wonderful and beautiful home! No detail too small was missed! Communication was promptly replied! The photos of the home is exactly what the home looks like but does not do it justice! From fresh cookies upon arrival to plenty of fire wood for the fire pit. Extra bonus was seeing deer everyday! Perfect place for our friends trip! ”

”I really enjoyed Cincinnati and staying at Cosy Suites. I was there for a conference so it was lovely to have a kitchette to have breakfast & snacks there after a busy day. It was central with lots of places to eat & drink nearby. Try out Paris Baguette for breakfast or The Blind Pig for a drink. Cincinnati is much more groovy than I remember & Cosy Suites was a home away from home!”

”Super fun place to stay. We explored downtown Cincy, Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Perfect location! Right by Xavier University. Easy to get everywhere. Walkable neighborhood. Totally private stay on the top floor, felt at home. Had teens, but would have been fantastic with young kids also. Favorite part was sleeping in the princess bed! Even got to see the dogs as we were leaving. ”

”Everything was exactly as described. The handbook was very helpful and informative, especially handy to refer back if we had questions. Our host was very friendly, the cabin was clean and well-prepared, and we had everything we needed. My kids loved playing outside on the property with plenty of room to run after traveling. If we come back to visit the Ark we will definitely stay here again if available!”

”We had a great stay. The house was very large and gave us plenty of space. We went to Cincinnati to visit the zoo and it was only 7 minutes away and overall this house seemed to be within 10 minutes of everything. All in all, we had a great stay. ”

”The property is great. Don't expect perfection from an older home if you are used to it all being new, that is part of the charm. It's over 100 years old but has a number of updated elements. The kitchen is modern and the master bath is modern. For our purposes, family time, a place to stay and convenience, it was just right. The neighborhood has unique architecture. ”

”As described, very clean and well maintained on the grounds of an impressive mansion near Xavier University. Easy communication with host and no issues whatsoever throughout the weekend ”

”The house was very clean with updated bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and memory foam mattresses. The manager, Gregory, was very easy to work with and arranged for a repair man to come change out some lightbulbs that had burned out in the upstairs bathroom and master bedroom. There was quite a bit of traffic noise at night and early in the mornings(from people gunning their motors!) and a train nearby. We all had white noise sound machines, which helped drown out the noise, so no...

”We ran into a few snags, but the owner was very easy to get a hold of and took care of all of the issues quickly. The location is very close to the Ark Encounter. ”

”The property was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Had a great time. I would say that the only negative is Sleeps 10? Only 2 real beds, 3 sleeper sofas. We did know going in, it is as advertised but a couple more real beds would be perfect.”
