Everything was thought of ...tea, coffee, milk, dishsoap,shampoo,soap, even laundry pods!!!! ”The flat was small but clean and well-converted. The rooms are a decent size and the sitting room/kitchen fine for a small flat. Nice to have a Nespresso machine on the kitchen. The entry system worked well for four people coming in and out at different times, and there were good dog-walking areas nearby. ”

”My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. ”We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

”Location excellent as close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and museums. Gabriel, the housekeeper was helpful. We booked the larger room, worth doing. The microwave listed on hotels.com inventory was missing and the oven was reported as did not work. We book the advertised garden view room but had a front road view room. Despite this we had a good time and enjoyed.”

”The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.”

"Really slow check-in process. The room is decent, but a bit rusty already for the price. The swimming pool area too crowded even if prior booking. The pool is extremely small, not good for swimming, the water in the pool was not clear and felt dirty. Playground area for kids was nice and had enough activities. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast is decent, but avoid rush hour, because it is really crowded. Overall stay was ok, but not matching the price paid."
