”This was a Great place to stay on our short mini vacation to KC! So often, it's tough to find arrangements for our pets so this was a Great place to bring our 2 dogs and enjoy some outdoors and scenic views of the river. It's the first time we've done a VRBO but will definitely do it again sometime!”

”Amazingly beautiful property! As we travel to show our kids the states we couldnt have picked a better place for them to experience the serenity of nature! The inside was gorgeous and very clean! Any questions we had Anthony was quick to answer and was super polite! From a family who travels alot this is top 3 one of the best stays ive had! ”We brought our boys up to go snowboarding at nearby ski resort. We were so pleased with the location and outdoor space. Our boys loved being outside with space to roam. It would be a great summer place to visit as well. ”

”This place was beyond spectacular! It is one of the most intriguing places I’ve ever stayed & hope to come back soon. The detail was impeccable & I just love the creativity & care they put into their home. Anyone could get lost into a magical world & leave reality behind for a bit here. it had everything you could need, it was very clean & so comfortable. The host was wonderful as well. If you’re looking for some laughs & great memories without much effort then book it! ”

”Our family of 24 stayed here to celebrate our mom’s birthday. It was just perfect. Everyone had their own bed. The house and Barndo had everything we needed. The pickleball court is a great addition!! Owner is great to work with. ”

”Our flock of 20 guests found this barndo to be an absolute haven! The home was as clean as a freshly mucked stall, beautifully decorated, and stocked to the rafters with towels and plates. With plenty of roosting spots, it offered the perfect balance—tons of space to gather as a herd and plenty of rooms to graze in private when needed. The independent temperature control in every room was a breath of fresh country air, and the soundproofing was so good, not a peep carried across the house. The...

”Beautiful cottage for close to the price of a hotel room. Well worth it while I was in town visiting family. All of them who stopped by, loved the place. My sister-in-law said she was going to look it up so she can recommend it to others.”

”This house was the perfect place to host our girls weekend! There are plenty of beds and everyone slept comfortably. The property is about 20 minutes away from the Smithville businesses and we had no issues getting Ubers to our plans. 10/10 would recommend ”
