”This cabin was even better than the pictures. The mowed hiking trails were stunningly beautiful and they took the time to make a map of them including mileage. Its helpful that they are all loops so you don't get lost. There were deer all around. The beds and loveseat are comfy. We only found 1 blanket (besides the bedding)so bring blankets if you like naps and snuggling. The place needs an outdoor table and also a nightstand. Nice dry firewood is provided along with outdoor candles. Very nice!...

”We loved this property for our girls getaway. So modern and fun for all ages. When we weren’t exploring, we spent a lot of time in the party room, playing bean bags, by the fire pit, and sitting in the hammocks. The items that were supplied were excellent to make our own food. The fire pit was so easy to start! It was a wonderful time with family! ”

”Loved the large screened porch and private yard! Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. It is the only place on the last hundred yards or so of a dead end road. A short walk from the Mississippi River and a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to a beautiful State Park with great hiking. If you are a light sleeper the trains might be an issue but we thought it was cool to have those distant train whistles.”

Although we didn't use the amenities there such as the fire pit and the hammocks, it pretty much had everything we needed for a somewhat rustic weekend. I did like that the code to the door was just texted to us so we didn't have to really check in at any given time.
