”We loved the location and the property itself was very nice overall. The only downside was that we weren’t able to fully enjoy the peaceful morning view from the back patio. Around 8 a.m thru 10 a.m., lawn maintenance began right as we were making coffee and settling to go outside, which unfortunately disrupted the quiet atmosphere we were looking forward to. We were also concerned watching the mower move in tight circles around our 2026 Tundra and my daughter’s 2024 Kia, as it felt like there...

”We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom lake house! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared.
The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), making it easy to cook meals just like at home. One of our favorite little touches was the VHS player—it added a fun, nostalgic vibe to our evenings and made the stay feel extra cozy and unique.

”This cabin was perfect. It is quiet, spacious and secluded. I have severe allergies to animals and wood, but did not need any medication by the second day because it is so clean. It has all the comforts of home with the peace and serenity of the country, plus it is 5 minutes from Somerville park and lake.”

”Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...
