”It was a great cabin, very private and easy to get to Blowing Rock and the downtown.”

”Loved our stay at your property, beautiful home, very clean, and tastefully decorated, beds was comfortable, the view was amazing, we spent a lot of time on the deck listening to the birds, taking in the views of the mountains and enjoying the hot tub. You felt like you were far away from a town, but actually you are only about 5 minutes away. Would recommend this property.”

”The stay was relaxing and tucked away up on the top of the mountain. Everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the warm welcome with a bottle of wine & chocolate. The deck was my favorite part, plenty of room and comfortable patio furniture, our puppy loved the plush woods and the small trail to a picnic area. You definitely need a vehicle to climb ruff terrain, steep hills, and sharp turns. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, thank you Matt and Chris!”

”Highly communicative, gorgeous little lake/pond on property. Cozy room. Only reason comfort was a 3 is that the bed was extremely hard and also the lighting in the cabin was either very harsh or not enough lighting. ”

”Had a great time and great stay! We loved the River view in the backyard, the large fire pit, hot tub, and the cabin! Would definitely stay again!”

”The cabin was as described, was clean and well-equipped. Only negative, and it was not the fault of the property, was that there was a lot of work being done on the river which caused it to be quite silted while we were there. We made the best of it though and enjoyed the visit. ”

”Even though the weather wasn’t great, the cabin was clean and cozy. Screened in porch was so nice to just sit, read and enjoy the rain. We were hoping to get to use the fire pit outside but winds prevented that. Will keep this on our list of places to stay in the future.”
