”House was charming! We are from a rural area, so sitting on a front porch of a little street and having neighbors so near (the houses' roofs were almost touching!) was a true novelty for us and exactly the experience we were looking for on this trip to visit the Ark. We had three generations (30's, 60's, 80's) in the house and all were happy with it. The neighbors were very nice, too! We talked with a young girl walking down the street pushing a stroller with a ferret one morning and had two...

”This is a great gem! Property was just as advertised. Had a firepit and grill in the back yard. Just five minutes from the Ark encounter. We will definitely be back to the area. ”

”We enjoyed our stay at this tiny cabin. We were in town for the Ark Encounter and it was perfect for our family of four the two nights we stayed. Location was great. Jonathan was very quick to respond to all of our needs and questions. (If I could suggest one thing to add, it would be a lamp in the bedroom for reading). Would definitely recommend this cabin. ”

”Very nice place with everything we needed. The place felt very clean and comfy. Perfect location just minutes from downtown with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. One detail that stood out from other properties we’ve stayed in was that the light switches were all labeled. I wish everyone did this! Highly recommend!!”

”The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again.”

”This little cabin was perfect for my sisters and myself. It is quiet and peaceful. The owners and family were so sweet and kind. Well stocked and very clean. Highly recommended if you need a place to relax and unwind. Just minutes from the Ark Encounter. ”

”Incredibly unique property. Fantastic vibes, awesome location for spots you want to go into town or stay out and just enjoy the property. Communication was unmatched, even swapped the coffee maker that wasn’t working first thing in the morning when I hadn’t fully woken so I could have a fresh cup of coffee. Just lovely.”

”Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. ”

”We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. ”

”Wonderfully decorated and conveniently located. Uber eyes were no more than 10 minutes away to downtown area. Accommodated seven adults very easily. outdoor space with super cute and hot tub was clean. Check in Process was very easy And host communicated well and in a timely manner.”
