”We loved the place. It was huge and clean. There were 9 of us and we had so much extra room! Super clean and well equipped.Our only gripe was that the posting made it seem a lot closer to the beach than it was. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, not walkable. The pin drop makes it look like it’s a block from the beach. ”

”What an amazing place to stay on the Playa Del Coco coast!! We enjoyed Tim's home so much we never wanted to leave! Everything about the home is 5-star - from the comfortable beds, bathroom amenities, fully-stocked kitchen, infinity pool, deck furniture, etc., etc. We just wished we had stayed longer. Tim has thought of everything and is so kind. He has great people working for him to help with concierge services, housekeeping and meal preparation. He has such nice touches, including beautiful...

”This is the place to stay in Costa Rica. Beautiful views. Luxurious accommodations.Kelly’s recommendations were all fantastic. No need to rent a vehicle. Hiring Chef Churi to cook a private meal or two at the house is a MUST! She was fantastic.Getting around the peninsula on the golf carts was a blast. So many great restaurants to choose from and beaches.All of our excursions we’re able to pick us up from a very calm beach just a few minutes from the condo.We hope to come back!”

The property manager Lissa was very attentive and Javier the concierge person was so helpful. I highly recommend horse back riding at the Monkey Farm and we also loved snorkeling with Deep Blue Diving. Can’t wait to return to Costa Rica!”

”Our group was 6 women. The house and view were as you see them in the pictures - wonderful. The owner, Carlos, came by daily to check that all was as we wished. The real stars go to the staff. Bianca and Karol wiped/swiped/swept/cleaned every day. Jennifer prepared 3 lovely/delicious meals daily. Then there is Jimmy - not only is he an excellent bartender, he made sure all special food requests were addressed, arrangements for excursions and special trips requested were done efficiently...
