I did have some issues checking in, but that was because the instructions went to the wrong email. No fault of theirs. The host was great, but the person she referred me to speak to seemed very annoyed with me. I felt like I was interrupting her day with my questions about check in. Altogether, it was a good experience.”

”Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!”

It was centrally located, clean, easily accessible, and had everything we needed! It is always nerve-wracking to book through a site where you aren't 100% sure what you're getting, but with Aspen its garunteed to be a breeze. I will be recommending her to anyone who goes to Eureka Springs, and we will definitely be back!”

”Sarah, the host, was not a pleasant person to deal with. If I could give this woman 0 stars I would. I have screenshots of the conversations with her, they are INSANE! Roads are VERY rough (was not mentioned), they arent really suitable for anyone that doesnt have a truck or large SUV. We couldn't even drive down to the water access becasue the road is washed out. Got a flat tire because of them, and an extremely kind neighbor helped me into town so I could get it repaired. I was not comfortable...
