The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. ”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”

”I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. ”Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats.
