”The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing was a bit misleading—only one bedroom and the bunkhouse were accessible, not the three bedrooms and baths advertised. There was no access to a washer/dryer, and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom also lacked window coverings, which made privacy an issue. That said, the host was responsive and assured us these concerns would be addressed with the property manager.”

”We loved Sundance Beach House. The house was equipped with everything necessary to facilitate a pleasant holiday. Sundance is located on a beautiful, white sand beach. You cannot beat the location. Check in and out was easy and Leslie, the property manager, was lovely and kept us aware of the power cuts that the island was experiencing. All in all we had a great vacation and would love to return. ”

”It was simply amazing. A rustic, no-key turn key suite which was more than comfortable and clean. If you do not like dogs, this may not be the resort for you as the owners keep them. Beautiful beach. The only drawback was the toilet area which was too small for my husband so I would not suggest it for anyone over 200 lbs. Apart from that it was quite comfortable with a rustic feel surrounded by natural vegetation away from the road.”

”Rainer’s property on Cat Island is an excellent home on an unpopulated stretch of beach. Coordination was thorough and thoughtful, and Lana (the house manager) really set us up well for the week. The home itself is very well-appointed. My family rented both apartments and stayed for a week during Christmas. The rooms and kitchens were clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. It was definitely the nicest house I’ve stayed in on Cat Island. The wifi was spotty at best, but you don’t go...
