”Just spent 10 days staying here on the Central Coast for my daughters wedding. We had several relatives stay with us and this was an ideal choice. Great views of Brisbane Water, so close to train station and just an hours drive from Sydney. Owner was easily reachable via text and we exchanged messages several time. They even provided a brand new grill for us to host a Wedding Rehearsal meal. Thank you so much for your kindness, would recommend and certainly will stay again.”

Rohan is very quick to respond to any questions and is super helpful.House is very well maintained, open living area/kitchen which then opens onto covered back verandah with lake views.The lake is roughly 20m from the back gate.Kayaks were available for us to use.The house was clean, comfortable and located within walking distance to many shops, cafes etc.Would book again.Everything was clean”

”We were so happy to have chosen Michelle’s beach house for our long weekend getaway- it had everything we could have wanted: ample dishes/cookware, quality linens, and we really appreciated the beach towels as the kids were in and out of the water all day. ”The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to being brand new and is very comfy. The bed and sofa, two things we think are hugely important, were extremely comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome.
