Tucked away down a funny dirt road, this place is THE PLACE you want to arrive to. Space, fireplaces, ability to cut wood, go and entertain in the openness of the kitchen to those relaxing by the fireplace of a very generous lounge area. This is luxury after a day's travelling. ”We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by. ”Self contained cabin in the middle of farm country. Plenty of toiletries, breakfast provisions of fresh local fare, the pot belly stove was well stocked, electric blankets on the beds and a super friendly host to introduce us to the property then left us alone. Perfect! Add to that the gorgeous dogs to make you feel at home, plenty of local wildlife around and a coffee pod machine in the kitchen made it the perfect stay. My only regret is only booking 2 nights otherwise we could have really...

”The staff for moonah appartments were excellent and really helpful, some of the pictures that Wotif has listed aren’t quite right. Book direct would be my comment. Wotif also didn’t allow for any cancellations. The property was nice and tidy. ”

”The tree top views house is a beautiful house located on top of the hill. We really enjoyed the view, the location and the nice set up and decoration of this place. There is a couple minor issues but it didn’t bother us much. The communication was excellent as well. We would recommend the house to anyone.”

”We loved the farm animals, the birds, the dogs, the vistas, the quietness, the gardens, the owners - and the cute little suite that we stayed in. It had everything we needed and was a perfect spot to stay to check out Mole Creek, for our lunch at The Truffle Farm and to check out Deloraine. The place was beautifully clean and contained all that we needed. The bed was comfy, the wood fire was a little cracker and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was divine. We'd love to head out that way...
