”The children squealed when catching perch from the pond! Our stay was much too short. Everything we needed except a toaster (which was probably there) and a larger skillet. We made do with the electric grill as a do-all! The 3 and 5-year-olds had a blast bombing grandma and grandpa from the loft. A beautiful place. Our oldest granddaughter LOVED the adjustable bed...had her husband hanging on for dear life! Our oldest grandson loved sleeping in the cooler basement. Our daughter and son-in-law...

”All the hotels were booked AND overpriced in Columbia for Homecoming…. So we ventured out to this super cute VRBO 25 miles north out in the country!! Very clean and super spacious for a one bedroom!! Could have easily fit 2 more people on the couches !! Homemade muffins and fresh eggs waiting for us !!! Definitely be back !!”

”This property is on a quiet road. There are neighbors nearby, but you would never know it. We didn't even hear a dog bark. The owners were easy to contact. The breakfast items, cookies and bottle of wine was appreciated. We are senoirs and the owner warned us of the steep grade to the lake. Walking sticks were provided and we didn't have a problem. We caught catfish, crappie and bluegill. Definitely will return. ”

”Fabulous! What a special place! The unit is much larger than it looks from the photos. The host offers upscale finishes and furnishings. It would be easy to stay in this space for an extended time. The town of Glasgow is darling. Make sure you have time to explore the local shops and riverfront, all of which you can walk to from this spot. Super easy parking, right in front of the unit.”

”Staying at Sweet Gum was an absolute delight and the pics do not do it justice. This property is absolutely First Class in all ways. I was amazed at the extent and quality of the decorating and furnishings including a well-stocked kitchen with bone china! The furniture including the bed was very comfortable. The large leather sofa was my favorite. The location in Arrow Rock is also ideal, 1 to 3 blocks from any restaurant, coffee shop and theater. Finally, the owners were wonderful and...

”We absolutely loved this little loft! It was right in the heart of town and easily accessible to shops and restaurants. We walked down to a little diner (T.J.'s) for breakfast and it was easy and fun! We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the town wake up. We will definitely be coming back.
