”My cousins and I stayed at this property for a family reunion in Macon. We were all super impressed with the house!! The beds are all queen beds and super comfortable. ”The KATY Trail Pull Off was the second night say for us as part of our KATY Trail cycling tour. It was easy to access, convenient, clean, spacious, and easy to walk downtown to grab a bit to eat. ”Staying at Sweet Gum was an absolute delight and the pics do not do it justice. This property is absolutely First Class in all ways. I was amazed at the extent and quality of the decorating and furnishings including a well-stocked kitchen with bone china! The furniture including the bed was very comfortable. ”The house was very nice. It is on the edge of a very small town and so is isolated. My wife and I went birding at Swan Lake for our anniversary and spent the night here. The host was super nice and communication was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. If your looking for an out- of- the- way escape, I would highly recommend this house. On a side note, we had dinner at River Bottoms Brewing Company in Carrollton. I highly recommend it as well. ”
