”6 of our family members gathered to visit our nephew in Fort Mill. He was supposed to play drums for a band, but the gig got canceled due to weather. The house was excellent for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was perfect. (Our only suggestion was to put a mat in the shower in the shared bathroom downstairs for safety reasons. It is pretty slippery.) An excellent house!!! Thanks for a great weekend! ”

”It was so clean when we got there! The driveway is hard to see from the street but the hosts gave us excellent directions. My dogs loved the hiking trail and loop around the pond. Such a lovely little house and beautiful property. ”

”Our family of seven (five kids) stayed here for my son’s basketball tournament in Rock Hill. Upscale and very beautiful area. Shopping and parks all no more than 15 mins away. Property was super cute, loved the screened porch outdoor area as well as the grill. Master bedroom had a huge tub, separate shower and toilet. Beds comfy and Kevin was super responsive with any issues, even came by to help problem solve issues with the TV. One king bed, one double bed, one futon bed with one roll out bed...

”Wonderfully updated house with large fences in backyard. Beautiful koi pond. Kitchen was nicely appointed as well. This location was minutes away from the wedding venue ( Henry Hall Wilson house). Close to downtown Monroe which had several restaurants to choose from. Property manager Chris was attentive and responded quickly via VRBO app. We would stay here again if in the area!”

”We had a lovely stay. We came for a family reunion in Monroe and the house was perfect. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Cecil was helpful. Good location and very clean house. Was very happy to stay here. Beds were a bit older but ok. A couple of the doors were coming off the hinges and could be re tightened.We loved the kitchen and family areas and had very spacious backyard.Would recommend to others and stay again.”

”I had the wrong door code. But I was able to reach Ms Bernadine whom was out of town at the time. She was able to let me and my family in from where she was. The house was just as described in a quiet neighborhood. This was my 2nd time there, and next time in the area.This will be our go to home away from home. Thanks again. ”
