”I am very impressed with the location, size of the place.Very tidy and clean.Will definitely book again if i need to go down to my son in Burnham Army base. ”

”Frances was more accommodating than any host we’ve encountered in any country. She met us upon arrival, explained a few things, made two restaurant reservations for us, changed one on the day of, provided directions, rebooted internet immediately, and left cream for our coffee. She even had fresh flowers throughout the house. Her place is a perfect location to sit and watch all the port and harbor activity, walk to several restaurants and cafes, but easy to take tunnel into Christchurch....

”Very clean, modern, with lots of well thought out details. Appreciated having a washer and an outdoor line for our woolens and sports gear. Street parking was never an issue. Easy walk to breakfast (loved Luciano’s!), the park, the Avon… The plug-in air freshener gave me a headache, but the space aired out quickly once we turned it off. ”

”The house is in a beautiful location with excellent views, and was extremely well presented throughout. As it's a little far from shops, you'll want a car although there is a bus service that passes very close by. We really enjoyed our stay.”

”We had a lovely time in this super clean and tidy town house. It was in a busy area but the soundproofing was great so we didnt know about the noise until we were outside. A 2 minute walk to Hagley Park, handy for buses and an easy walk to the centre of town. Cozy beds, hot showers, keyless entry, great communication from the agents, we would happily stay here again. Thank you!”

”Overall the place met most of our needs. The size, warmth and cleanliness were faultless. Our son (4 years old) loved the place. To make it more homely it would have been handy to have a few more pantry essentials. The off street parking was at times hard work but that’s the nature of the street. We would definitely stay again and not hesitate to recommend to others.”

”We loved our stay in this home, especially the glass doors that open onto the lovely deck which makes for a comfy indoor-outdoor experience. Tracy was a perfect host and provided everything we needed and more. The beach walk around the corner was so enjoyable, and Christchurch is a wonderful city with so much to do. We would definitely stay here again! ”

”I stayed here for 4 nights. I was provided with everything I could possibly need for my stay (including milk, cooking oil, herbs, hairdryer, full laundry facilities etc). The location was quiet but very accessible to Christchurch city center. The apartment was very clean and private. ”

"We checked-in late as we had an early flight. Everything went smoothly and it was quick and easy. Hotel room itself was quite basic but clean. I liked the big shower!"
