”Coconut Coast Villas was an excellent place to stay in St. John! The water view was amazing, and the property managers were available and communicative the whole time. We were provided with a detailed guide of various places on the island for snorkeling and dining. We can't wait to go back, rooms were clean , location was great , we walked to town to shop and had a car as well.”

”We stayed 3 nights with my sister and her husband. The layout was perfect so we all had a little privacy. The breeze was great while we were there and we only needed to use a/c a few times. The pool is tiny, we thought it was larger from the pics, but it was fine. I was beautiful at night with the pool lit in blue. We had everything we needed there and would gladly stay again. ”

”Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things...

We loved the pool, outdoor showers, beautiful balconies with amazing views, comfortable suites and very nice kitchen and choices of places to dine. We felt like there was no one around for miles except iguanas, goats, lizards and the neighborhood cat. We really had a special time!”

The small details make it more special- spice selection, jugs of water to clean sand, thermapen for foodies, shopvac to help avoid rental car cleaning fees. Look no further.
