”The price was very reasonable during the week for the downtown location. The building is fairly new you couldn’t tell it was in the neighborhood that it was a “aparthotel”. It is in the quiet neighborhood and is walkable to the Capitol square where there are a selection of restaurants to eat from. We stayed in the studio suite, which provided sufficient amenities, including washer/dryer in the unit. We would come back here again.”

”the house has ample room and amenities with a great screened-in porch and large kitchen. very clean and nicely decorated. peaceful neighborhood. everyone was extremely comfortable and beds are comfortable. our 3-year old grandson was so excited to see hundreds of fireflies at dusk in the yard. everything was well thought-out and we loved that the kitchen is so well equipped. ”

”The host was very accommodating. Very nice place to stay. The only thing I would change is the upstairs bathroom fan was loud for those staying in the upstairs rooms. Other than that I would highly recommend and will be staying again if I get to Madison. ”

”This is a unique home that is super clean and had everything needed to cook, entertain (we played games & watched football) and accommodate any family. The location was close to downtown, the interstate, and airport. Plenty of restaurants were nearby as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. ”

”We had a nice getaway for three generations of our family. Great bonus of being so close to the bike trail. We enjoyed being out in the quiet, but close enough to find plenty of restaurants, mini golf, escape room, etc. Loved the sun room and the space to play games and do puzzles. ”

”This property was perfect for our family of 15, ages 2 -70 years. The entire house was clean, smelled fresh and nicely updated. The heated pool, hot tub and sauna were a hit for all ages. It was nice that pool toys and flotation devices were available. When we went indoors, we thoroughly enjoyed the pickle ball court, pool table and arcade machines. The spacious 1st floor living area provided plenty of room for everyone to participate in some activity, watch the 2 big screen TVs or visit.We...

”The cabins looked small from the outside, but we're actually very spacious we didn't feel cramped everything was very clean there was a full kitchen a table big enough to sit at least four. I think the only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was the beds are a little small they were stiff and the pillows were also very small and serviceable. I would still definitely stay there again 100% and would recommend it to everyone!”

”This was a return trip after our first stay last year. The house fit 12 adults very comfortably. The view of the river is spectacular. Having two large tables we can all gather at for meals was wonderful. The yard is spacious, there is a large fire pit for sitting around the fire, and an easy access sand shoreline for launching a kayak. The host has all the information needed and provides contact numbers. Another year of memories!!”

”The home was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our family made use of the well-equipped kitchen and big table for most of our meals. The location is handy for hiking, Circus World, Tumbled Rock Brewery and much more. The house is on the road to Devil’s Lake State Park so there is a lot of traffic on a summer weekend during the day, but evenings are quiet to enjoy the front porch. I highly recommend this property.”

”The property was perfect and house was clean. I appreciated all the extra blankets and bedding. The house has everything you need to cook even spices. We all loved all the lake toys from the kayaks to all the different floats and even yard games. The yard and private beach was great for our dog. Our dog could walk in and out of the lake at her leisure. My teen boys had a blast fishing all day and even at night. We all had a great time, cought lots of fish and left with great tans!! ”This was our second time staying at this property. The outdoor space is great. There is a big deck where we ate all our meals. There was yard space to run around and play. And best of all the river was sandy so it was great to wade into with the little ones. And there was a sandy area where they could play. We used the canoe to paddle around the river as well. ”
