”This property is even more stunning in person! There were about 16 of us who booked it for a birthday and honestly we couldn't have been happier with the house, amenities, and location. We cooked huge meals every night and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The lake was a delight and all of the rooms are comfortable and beautifully appointed. ”Tons of thought was put into decorating the cabin. So many little touches that would catch your eye. Hot tub was so nice. We had a concern with the temperature of the water, messaged the information of what we were experiencing. Prompt responses back to us, and on a Saturday of the Labor Day weekend, there was another hot tub delivered and installed. We were up and running for that evening. It was a good getaway.”

Great location with wrap around balcony for relaxing sunrises over the mountains. Two living areas, Pool table and jacuzzi for family fun. Michelle was a great host. ”This lovely cabin is in a great location for exploring the area. The view from the porch is amazing. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, a Keurig, lots of dishes. It is nicely furnished. We loved the hot tub and the pool table for nice relaxing evenings with the family. The road up to the cabin is a little harrowing the first time you go up. ”

”Clean with a breath taking view!We enjoyed our stay very much and host was quick to respond we had issue checking in because wrong code was given.It is very hard to find it so follow instructions given.There was some damage from prior guests that included no hammock, broken drawers and shelves in fridge, scratches on doors.”

”What a wonderful cabin! It was everything as shown. Very clean, easy check in and the Host was super responsive. Its perfectly located, it feels very secluded and private but only15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and grocery/walmart. The lights on the porch and in the trees around the fire pit make it seem magical at dusk. The hot tub was perfect, private and my very favorite was the porch and swing. ”This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t...

”What a great house, and what a great location. Everything in the house is well maintained, there's plenty of space and plenty of things to do for everyone both inside and out. And you really do feel secluded (in a good way) on the private property, even though you're just a quick drive down the road from downtown. ”
