I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”

”This is truly a wonderful property and gem! We cannot wait to stay again! This property has everything you are looking for. Excellent condition, super clean, amazing amenities, and prime location! The town square is awesome. Easy access to main attractions, restaurants, and public amenities. Extremely peaceful and quiet at all times of the day. The added game room is super awesome to have on site especially when traveling with kiddos and teens. Thanks again for a great stay! ”

”It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

”We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. We also enjoyed that each bed had different firmness levels so we could choose our preferred softness. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery...

”We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and arcade. Because they were in proximity, we spent a lot of time on that level. This is a split level house, so be prepared to do some stairs! Some things are a bit dated, but so user friendly and the owners were very responsive.”

”This was a great house for us to stay in with our dog. The fenced yard was perfect for him to run around in and stretch. It was a perfect place for our needs, and we would stay here again. ”
