”Comms were good from beginning to end and everything was easy and clear. The property was clean and well equipped a minor issue was wear and tear on the dining chairs and honestly the mattresses were too soft for my personal taste”

”We had a lovely trip to West Bay and the apartment was perfect, really clean and in a great location. There were lots of nice touches like games, milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment as it is a lot bigger than we thought from the images, also the bed was extremely comfortable! ”

”Property had all the space and facilities needed in a lovely setting with many birds and various wildlife. We were wishing we could have stayed there longer.”

”Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. Onsite Parking is great as street parking was busy. Thankyou Georgy. A lovely time was had by the Ellis’s”

”Lovely apartment, cosy and compact but has all you need. Great location to explore Bournemouth and the surrounding area. Quiet considering it’s on the main road but set far enough back you don’t hear traffic. ”

”The property is spacious for two people; however, it was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Under the sink was a leak or something, and there were cobwebs in the kitchen area. The trays in the oven are full of oil, so when you're trying to cook something in the oven, the kitchen is full of that smell, and the cooker hood would not even get the smell out. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa in the living area was not good either. The entrance is from the road just in front of the bus stop,...

”We loved everything about the property. Perfect for our family of 3 (and our dog). The property was clean and centrally located. Loved nice little touches through out the property that made it more cosy. The welcome pack of bread, cookies, tea and milk was a huge relief (and much welcomed) after a long drive. Overall, very memorable holiday and a great place to stay. Highly recommend.”

”The house wasn't available to us after we'd booked it and so the holiday rentals offered us an alternative stay. The team were very communicative and very helpful and we still had a wonderful stay.
