”We had a wonderful 4 nights at this property! Beautiful views and awesome location. We enjoyed swimming right at the property but also loved the ability to rent the pontoon and take that around the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the property was stocked with everything we could ever need. The garage space was great to hang out in and offered a nice gathering area. Would consider coming back, and highly recommend. ”

”We enjoyed our stay. Decks are close to the water and a nice place to relax after a day on the water. Owners are attentive to any issues. Docks work great for a pontoon and fishing boat.”

”Two besties met halfway for a girls weekend. Close to Alexandria and all it has to offer. The Boathouse was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with the beautiful fall colors on the lake. Host was available by phone and let me know that by a phone call before I checked in. Everything was easy and I would not hesitate to book again. In fact my friend even said we need to do this again. ”

”It was a fantastic property, exactly as described. The uniqueness of the shape made it really cool. It was lovely cátedra on a beautiful lake and kayaks were provided. The owner was always available if for some reason we needed to communicate. Everybody would enjoy their stay and would definitely miss out on an amazing experience if they didn’t check it out. I can say with absolute certainty that we will be booking the cabin again in the fall and winter. ”

”This was a beautiful property with a spacious lawn and sandy beach. We loved having the big game room for rainy days and the 2 large bunk rooms were comfortable and were great for all the kids. We did a girls room and a boys room. Lots of towels and linens and huge washer/ dryer. Would've been nice to have a master bathroom, but we made it work with the 2 bathrooms. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back!”

”We came up with my extended family (14 of us) to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. The home was STUNNING and there was plenty of room to sleep, eat (indoor dining table and outdoor patio tables seat 16), and hang out. There are coffee makers everywhere too, which my family loved. We quite enjoyed taking out the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets too). The water is shallow for quite a ways out which made swimming easy … and our hosts also graciously provided...

”This house was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of 14. Beds were amazing! Loved the open kitchen and living room. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone! The only minor thing was that the interstate is a short distance from the house so there was constant traffic noise, but it didn't really interfere with conversation out on the deck. Another suggestion would be to have more fridge space. For large groups like ours it was very tight even using the small fridge and cooler...

”Beautiful lake with good fishing too! Had a wonderful time with family. Hosts were wonderful to work with. Everything from check in to checkout was smooth. Accommodations were as listed with plenty of space for all! ”

”The check in was very easy and the kitchen had everything plus more. The place was very clean and comfortable! We had two little girls with us and they loved having toys and books to keep them occupied. Our adult sons and grandson played risk. A few more bath towels would have been nice. Would highly recommend for a larger group.”

”Nice House! Close to the water park (Arrow Wood). 2 restaurants close. Needed a few very minor repairs that did not affect our stay. Will definitely be going back!”
