”We had a fantastic stay at the Dexter for a wedding weekend. Our group unanimously declared it one of the largest and nicest homes any of us have ever rented. The kitchen is gorgeous- equipped with more than enough dishes, silverware and kitchen gadgets- often a concern in rentals. Every room was clean and coastal chic, the beds were comfy as well. ”Our family of four adult enjoyed a week at this property. Excellent location just far enough away to be quiet but an easy walk to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, house was clean and plenty of towels were provided. The house is very old and has lots of charm. We would book again.”

”This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!”

”This was the perfect property for us, a jewel of a house that had all the amenities, including a great saltwater pool and convenient deck, but felt warm and comfortable like our own home. Towels and linens are in great supply. The laundry works great. Every space had its own private nook or private areas we all got to be together and yet have our own time too. "Wonderful stay at the Pequot! It was our first time in Martha’s Vineyard, and wow we were amazed. This hotel was so adorable and had character. On our first night, there was wine service, snacks and a local musician playing on the porch. Me and my friend sat on the rocky chairs, enjoying the moment and I almost teared up as it was so perfect. "
