”Very accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The only issue was the dryer didn’t generate any heat. Staff were accommodating in providing a dryer rack and drying swim of our clothes. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. ”

”Among the best locations in Bilbao with walking distance to the main attraction sites. We got a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Self check-in was straight forward. It is a bit expensive though and you have to pay for any extra.”

”Majoituspaikassa ei henkilökuntaa, check-in oli työläs ja se kannattaa hoitaa jo kotona ennen matkaa. Vierailumme aikana oli sähkökatko, ja tänä aikana laitteet eivät toimineet - eivät myöskään asunnon lukot avainkoodilla. Itse asunto oli siisti, olohuone ja ruokailutila hieman ahtaat. Lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja Bilbaon nähtävyyksiin.”

”It was a nice place only problem is that there is not a lot to do.but we came to go to Bilbao for rhe football cup final. So it was good for us. Need a taxi in the village to get you to the train station. ”

Very good hotel and nice stay

"Room was nice and clean. Kids loved the bunk bed. They also loved small rooftop swimming pool - parents loved the amazing view. We were happily surprised to get the room more than 2 hours before check in time. Breakfast was very good and staff kind. Location of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

Wonderful, accomodating hotel, great stay

"The hotel was centrally located as well as close to a subway station and other public transport stops. There were restaurants, pubs and stores close by. The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. Overall the room was cozy and stylish. We had an early check out and weren't able to have breakfast on the last morning, so the hotel kindly gave us picnic bags to go. I would happily stay at Ilunion again, and as I fell in love with Bilbao, I hope to do so in the future!"

Loisto sijainti

"Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, samoin aamupala. Guggenheim museoon oli vain muutamia satoja metrejä kävellen. Tulimme autolla ja rantakadulta löytyi parkkipaikka läheltä hotellia. Ajankohta tammikuun loppu. Huoneen vesikalusteet olivat paremmat päivänsä nähneet ja kaipaisivat pikaista uusintaa. Muuten huone oli viihtyisä ja tilava. "

"Key features, why to choose airport hotel were fullfilled nicely. Bathroom and toilet had only shower curtain, and dusch water spread to larger area. No tool to dry the area, and ensure smoother usage otherwise."
