”Everything went well and the location was perfect. More amenities than you can think of were available. The view was spectacular; watching the sunrise from the window was a plus! I would stay there again. (If I had one complaint, the half bathroom is extremely small. I’m 5’7” 135 pounds and it felt a bit limited in the shower and using the toilet.)”

”Very easy check in Couldn't ask for a better location. Few steps from the beach. Everything close by even within walking distance. My family truly enjoyed themselves. Very responsive host. Always got back to me to resolve any situation in a timely manner.I would gladly stay again in any property this host has. Just needed another bathroom for a family of 5”

”The place was nice in general. However, the carpets were stained, not clean behind furniture, toilets were not working properly, and one of the shower heads had a little hole in it, it sprayed out when trying to shower. No curtains at the dining room or bathroom window. Overall we enjoyed Jacksonville, my old Navy home town.”

”This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable....

”The location of this condo simply can't be beat! It is toward the south end of Jax Beach which was quiet and relaxed. The property itself truly is "steps to the beach" unlike the claims at other properties that promise the same but don't deliver. The view from the balcony is extraordinary! You just can't draw it up any better. Everything you need is at the property with restaurants, groceries, and recreational opportunities very, very nearby. The vibe is fun with some quirky features such...

”The home was perfect for our large family vacation. It was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. There are 8 nice size bedrooms. 5 of them were very spacious. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Beautiful scenery! Gene was attentive from booking through the stay. ”
