”Property was clean, pictures advertised where exact, host was attentive and fixed problems right away, kept us informed and checked in to make sure we had every try ing. Offered a free night and bottle of wine when they couldn’t fix the power outage even though it wasn’t their fault. Security on site at night, grocery store a close 5min walk at the most. Central location to subway and train system.”

”The property worked well for us. Nothing fancy, just the basics. Once we got the door code in and out was smooth. Just felt like we were left hanging a little bit. Door code should be given earlier. Bathroom was okay but not great. Smelled like they needed to run some bleach in the pipes and the shower drain needed to be wedged open to let the water out. The mid-week cleaner just removed it. All in all, I’d stay there again.”

”We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

”Sijainti on loistava, rakennus on hyvässä kunnossa ja kaunis. Tässä paikassa oli myös henkilökuntaa, mikä oli hyvä, koska laukut pystyi jättämään säilytykseen. Mutta äänieristys oli ihan olematon, vaikka sijainti oli rauhallisella kadulla niin katumeteli oli häiritsevää ja samoin muista huoneistoista kuului häiritsevää meteliä mm. askelten äänet tuntuivat kuin elefantti olisi kävellyt. Huoneisto oli pienehkö ja vaikkakin mahdollinen kolmelle hengelle niin käytettävyyden puolesta parempi...

”Matkustimme 1,5v poikamme kanssa. Olimme etukäteen pyytäneet pinnasänkyä sekä syöttötuolia ja molemmat järjestyivät. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti, tilavat huoneet, hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Lisäksi Hyde Park, ruokakaupat ja ravintolat kaikki alle 10min kävelymatkan päässä. Alue erittäin miellyttävä ja siisti. Tulemme varmasti uudestaan.”

”Very helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage after our stay until we had to depart for the airport. "Cheap place to stay right in Soho. One minute from tube, close also at Tottenham court station. Super clean and spacious showers. It was okay to sleep, so silent, no sounds at night. There is a air conditioning sound only, like sleeping on a cabin in ship. I don’t know would I still sleep again. Maybe like 1-2 nights. I slept at upper pod, and otherwise it was okay but it was hard to get my bag there. And the steps were supersmall. So: modern pods for diginomads."

"Park Plaza County Hall is an excellent hotel. First and foremost, its location is outstanding. Many of London’s major attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest Underground station is just a short stroll away. The hotel provides excellent service. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-designed. The bathroom could perhaps benefit from some refurbishment in the future, but otherwise the room feels modern, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. We were particularly pleased to see that the breakfast area had been renovated. The breakfast itself was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We have stayed at Park Plaza County Hall several times, and once again we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The next time we travel to London, there is a very good chance that we will choose this hotel again for our stay."
