”The Kist is one of the most beautiful accommodations, we‘ve ever been. Surrounded by fields & hills, with a lot of animals around you, it is very quiet. On the other hand the next greater town (Stirling) is not far away and from there you can travel by train very easy and fast to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Stirling is also worth visiting. The accommodation is very nice and equipped and Ilona and her husband are very helpful landlords. I hope, we will come back one day!”

”As advertised Patrick’s home is right on the water. It was great seeing Dolphins playing in the morning. We took the ferry with our car and it was great. The house was spacious and very clean. It takes a bit to get the various European electrical devises figured out but we managed well. The hiking in the area was fabulous. Pucks Glen is a must see for anyone. It is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.”

”This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. "The basic room was neat but wasnt exactly clean - we found trash in the corners of the bed and the carpet wasnt vaccuumed properly. Hotel’s location was amazing and we enjoyed the breakfast! It would be nice to somehow get light inside the room in the morning without opening the ’bathroom’ shade."
