”Otherwise everything is perfect, but the bed :( The bed’s are not just soft, they are extremely bad quality! I needed to change room after sleeping one night in the ”sinking” bed and having a backpain. In the other room the mattress was better (less used) and I managed the rest of my stay. If the bed’s were different, I would definately stay again. ”

”We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom has a window looking...

”Rooms were large, cozy, peaceful and modern with kitchen facilities and a fridge. Very practical for staying. Staff was helpful and the breakfast quite good. There was a 5-10 min walk to the metro station and the trip to the center was around 20 minutes.”

”Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Zimmer sehr ansprechend. Leider war der Fußboden nicht wirklich sauber. Einen Besen, bzw. Handfeger suchte man vergeblich. Auch die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war sehr minimalistisch: keine Kaffeemaschine, es gab nur einen einzigen Topf und sehr wenig Geschirr. Das Bett war sehr gut, Internet ging auch, Fernseher funktionierte. ”

”All staff were helpful, particularly Greg. I don't recall ever staying anywhere that was so quiet - bliss for sleep-deprived travellers. My only criticism is that I would have liked some information in the apartment about things like where the nearest grocery store was (but I found it fairly easily), etc.”

”The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. ”

No surprises but the queen bed was great
"As expected, no complaints. The breakfast was good, but the Bf room was crowded; you lost your seat when fetching another cup of coffee. The hotel room was the usual, but the bed was great. I slept so well there, although the room was close to the elevators. Location is a little bit off of any restaurants. But the nearby park was great for evening walks. One evening I used the TV in my room to watch an icehockey game. I dont usually use TV during my travels. This LG model was very slow, switching the channel took some 5 secs. Did not find the game either."
